4cupschopped romaine lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS
Make Dressing
whisk mayonnaise
Parmesan
lemon juice
Dijon
Worcestershire
anchovy paste
garlic
olive oil
and pepper until smooth
thin with water to a spreadable consistency and chill while you cook the chicken.
Cook Chicken
pat chicken dry then coat with olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic powder
and lemon juice
grill or pan sear over medium high heat until browned and the thickest part reaches 165 F about 5 to 6 minutes per side
rest 5 minutes then slice.
Assemble Sandwiches
lightly butter or oil the rolls and toast cut sides in a skillet or on a grill until golden
toss romaine with enough dressing to lightly coat
spread a little extra dressing on the bread
layer sliced chicken
dressed romaine
shaved Parmesan
and optional crushed croutons
close and serve with extra Parmesan and lemon wedges if desired.
