Add topping and finish
sprinkle coconut evenly over the warm brownie layer then add chocolate chips butterscotch chips and nuts in an even layer
drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top and lightly press toppings to adhere
bake until the edges are browned and the center is set 20 to 25 minutes
cool completely in the pan then chill 1 to 2 hours for clean slices and cut into bars.
