INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 lb. sliced deli ham
  • 1/2 lb. sliced deli turkey
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup raspberry jam for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Rolls: Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half to form two separate halves. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  • Layering: Start by layering sliced turkey, then ham, and top with Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls and lightly press.
  • Butter Mixture: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, beaten egg, and Dijon mustard.
  • Baking: Pour the butter and egg mixture over the top of the sliders and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until sliders are golden brown and crispy. If the tops start getting too brown, place a sheet of tinfoil over the rolls.
  • Serving: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve the sliders warm or at room temperature with a side of raspberry jam.
