INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cover the sides of a 9x9 square pan with parchment paper.
  • In a big bowl, microwave the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips for one minute. Mix thoroughly to blend and let the heat melt the chocolate chips. If necessary, microwave for an additional 30 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract, dried cranberries, and salt to the mixture, then promptly transfer it to the prepared pan and distribute it evenly.
  • You can choose to add some sparkling sugar sprinkles on top of the fudge, if desired, and then firmly press them into the fudge's surface.
  • Allow the fudge to fully cool to the temperature of the room before slicing it into square pieces. Alternatively, you may choose to refrigerate it until it becomes cool.
  • Slice the fudge into pieces and place in a container that prevents air from entering. You have the option to store the fudge either at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
